About us

Carpet (est. 2024) is a design studio crafting grounded brands and artists through bold, refined visuals.

s

We transform the familiar into the unexpected—creating identities, spaces, and experiences.

We take the familiar and unroll it into something strange, charged, and contemporary. Our name reflects our approach.

Rooted in craft, rich in texture, but always subverting expectation.

Rada Yovovich, MBA is an entrepreneur and strategic leader with a track record of guiding high-growth organizations through moments of scale, change, and reinvention. She has held senior roles at= healthcare technology and services organizations, partnering closely with founders and executive teams to translate ambitious vision into durable strategy, clear positioning, and disciplined execution. Rada brings a steady hand to complex systems, aligning people, process, and narrative so organizations can move fast without losing coherence.

Blending analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, Rada operates as the strategic captain behind the scenes — setting direction, building operating rhythm, and ensuring ideas become outcomes. Her experience spans growth strategy, product and service design, go-to-market alignment, and organizational operations, allowing her to see both the macro and the mechanics.

With an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from the University of Chicago, Rada helps scaling companies sharpen their story, strengthen their foundation, and execute with confidence as they grow.
